This page outraged some jammers because Robin Bougie thought it seemed finished and cut off the rest of the page. Others had a curious fixation that every bit of the page had to be used, that a bit reaching its conclusion was not sufficient. This is right up there with "Oh I already drew on that page, I can't draw on it again" as dumb things people want to be rules that are not rules.
